Their computer got back to me right away, she answered all my questions. Next I spoke to Frone don’t know if I spelled it correctly but he was very nice and helpful.

There were very nice easy to work with straight forward
I did not end up buying a car from this dealer, but the staff was responsive to all my questions
Salesman had a very bad attitude and tried to bait and switch me didn't show the Tahoe advertised was trying to a higher priced and different color one
The reason for the 2 star: #1 There is a hidden $600.00 dealer fee not listed in the price. So when I negotiated the price down by $500.00 the tacked in $600.00. #2 Alex was enthusiastic as a turtle. #3 He didn’t help me much and said if he had to do the financing or even help me with the application the price goes up . Specifically he said he has to charge full price for that. So let me get this right.
