If you are like us and are new to Rochester, MN Gary is the person to see. We moved from California and had no idea where to start. Gary was able to help us find homes that were in our budget and in good areas. He helped us make our first purchase! He is honest, kind, and it shows that he wants you to find the right place to call home.
I worked with Gary to purchase my first home, he made the process as stress free as it could be. He traveled many miles to look at potential homes and would show homes at any time of day. He looked out for me and noticed things in homes I would have never even looked for or noticed. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and will definitely be referring all of my friends and family.
We used Gary and his son a couple years ago to purchase our first home. They were so helpful we decided to go back to them when we need to sell for a move for work. Gary is super responsive to any questions you may have. We had buyers that were very nitpicky about some things and where complaining about some problems that pretty much didn't exist the night before closing.
