FATHER AND SON, drove by and saw our tree down, totally blocking Jay Drive . They leaped out of their truck and said, "I have a chainsaw" and they cut up the huge 45 foot tree trunk so that the road was cleared. NOW THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYOND ! SUPER RUDE and extremely unprofessional they get loud with you on the phone if you have any problems better yet they do not come out and fix any problems at all and if they do come out they don’t even fix the problem. If you can rent from somewhere else! Save yourself the headache.
