They were helpful when I first walked in, but once I left all plans went out the window. They never got back to my Fiancé on the ring he wanted, and after many attempts to initiate anything about my ring, I would hear back but only to continue leading me on. Needless to say we went somewhere else and my fiancé decided to get me 2 rings! I am bummed things didn't work out with this business.
From the moment I walked through the door very friendly and helpful. They gave me options on my ring that needed repaired, no pressure and a great price. It was ready in two days in store and it was GORGEOUS! It was a 20 yr. Ring and It looked brand new! So Happy with the quality of work. Will recommend to everyone.
