Went the dealer, no one helped me. Its a big dealer, but lots of their cars are garbage. I know I wont be back to them.

Very unprofessional! Salesman text my phone at 10:30pm to ask me if I had any questions about the vehicle! Then text my spouses phone 5 mins later asking the same thing. I was pissed and for that you lost a sale!

Saw an Advert for a BMW 530i, contacted Ford motor sales and was pleased with their professional approach to doing business(Al saad was cool).The car was in great shape for a 100k plus mileage car.Did not have the money with me but deposited $100 and came back two days later with the remaining money.As easy as that.Was given great warrantly offers too.Overall it was a nice customer experience.
