Steve was great. Met him on Thursday for a demo project in our house and it was done by Monday. When we had trouble getting the dumpster removed because of street parking issues, he came out himself and blocked off the street to facilitate pick up. Prices were extremely reasonable. His crew was super polite and left the place clean. Would definitely use them again and refer to friends as well.

Steve is absolutely amazing. Great at what he does, explains the process thoroughly, answers any questions you may have, and overall he does things with care. Rare to find someone that cares about their work like this nowadays. I'm so glad I reached out to him. Will be using them again when we can! Thanks Steve!

This is the third time I hired Steve and his crew from Father and Son Real Estate Services. I will continue to use them because they take pride in their work and really care about the customer's satisfaction. The nice part is at the end of the job Steve or Nathan his supervisor will ask you to do a walk thru and make sure you are totally satisfied with their job before you pay them. His price was more than fair. Great Company!
