Joe went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our wiring issue was resolved. My project took multiple trips to the RV and he was always prompt and very knowledgeable! After receiving faulty parts from his supplier, he made us a top priority and got the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. We highly recommend Father & Son.
I have been a motorhome owner for 25 years and I can say without reservation that Father and Son mobile RV service is the best by far. Joey shows up promptly and is always able to diagnose and fix the problem. If you have a RV problem give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
My bedroom slide wouldn’t go in and my steps broke. Joe arrived within 24 hours, fixed both in under three hours, and charged me significantly less than I had expected! Honest, fair and very qualified, I would recommend Father and Son Mobile RV repair to anyone!
Joe showed up to repair my RV generator which was out of the RV and on a work bench in my garage. After a $100 plus a $85 diagnostic charge and repeated trips to my garage he charged me $1,410 on my credit card for a gen rotor and stator (which sells for $1,023.34 on line) , it still didn't work. He made a couple more try's to fix the generator which should have been an easy fix and then gave up leaving me with a $1,700 for the total parts and a generator that still doesn't work. I explained to them every time we've talked on the phone and texts that I won't be there until 3:45 everyday for work and was told it's no problem. I never received a call the day prior to schedule and they tried to cancel on me. They stated I never told them that when I shared the screenshot of our texts with them. Then they stated I don't need to be there as the work that needs to be done is external. Supposedly they stopped by to look at it but again they refuse to return my calls/texts.
