If I could do a 0 I would. My daughter rents an apartment in Dallas. There is a few issues not being taken care if on time. Not to mention hot water being turned off with out notice on many occasions. Recently my daughter(7 month pregnant ) and my granddaughter would wake up with bites all over. They let the office know, Pest control came over and confirmed they have bedbugs (GROSS). Treatment was scheduled and pep sheet given. My daughter did all the items requested. My son rented an apartment in Dallas. We own rental properties on the East Coast so are familiar with what and how. This company sent my son a list of pictures and no validation on date/time listing 10 pictures and no information along with a bill for over $1000. Since we flew our daughter down to help him pack, clean and drive back his contents, we KNOW the state of the apartment when they left was IMMACULATE! Lesley Leralta is absolutely not professional, I didnt get my refund for almost 4 months and I left the country, this place is a mess. she is super rude aand arrogant I have emailed more than 40times to know about my refund and what was she always saying oh we have sent to the wrong address and this month you will get. Folks dont trust this agency ever. My refund supposed to be transferred in July so now is October.
This is the shittiest apartment ive ever lived. It looks decent enough on the outside but its falling apart on the inside. Where to begin: 1. They have the most rudest unprofesional people working in their leasing office like you wont believe. You cannot get any straight asnwer from them.
