In reading other reviews... I get it. But you can't fault a doctor for having a long waiting list or for the staff she's assigned (however Penn staff is amazing). That's what happens with the great ones. I've been with Dr. Aberra for something like 15+ years, and I can't speak highly enough.
To be up front about it....Dr. Aberra is FANTASTIC....her office/staff is NOT so fantastic. On the rare occasions when I can actually get an appointment with her (my primary GI doctor), she is kind, empathetic, understanding and very helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about her as a doctor - but I do have complaints about everything else! Caring and considerate doctor!
Dr. Aberra and her team at Penn Radnor were phenomenal! Everyone from the receptionist Maria at check in, to the medical staff in the back did a commendable job.This was my first time having a procedure there and I was a bit unnerved, but all of my concerns were laid to rest. The whole process took no more than 2.5hrs from check-in to discharge. I left well informed and with my report in hand. I walked out without any disconnect or discomfort, which is why I highly recommend her!
