No pics to share. I have eaten at this location many times over the years. I’m a Fatburger fan from way back. Disappointed with the changes to the menu for the smaller burger options. My wife and I usually share a large order of fries and a drink along with our two cheeseburgers. No more individual cheeseburgers on the menu, so we ordered the smash burgers instead. I hate giving the service a two because they were very nice. But they would not accept our Fatburger coupon, they said they didn't know why but they can't accept it and then they messed up our order. The food was tasty though.
Really enjoyed my visit to Fatburger. The burger was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The customization options are great, and the sides like fries and shakes were excellent. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Definitely one of the better burger spots!
I recently visited your restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was slow and the staff did not seem attentive. It took a long time for someone to take my order, and when the food arrived it was not what I expected.
