I really enjoyed this franchise. The staff were very kind. Service was fast and accurate. 10/10 would go again.
Several issues here…. 1. I ordered 4 chicken strips and poutine. Unfortunately I don’t usually pay attention when I tap my debit card. I saw the total on the register but a few days later, noticed I was charged $38 on my debit card. I don’t think it’s an accident that $20 extra was added on to the total. Scam??? 2. The Burger order was incredible juicy, perfectly seasoned, fresh toppings, and made exactly right. The service here is next-level friendly and welcoming, which turned a rough day into a great one. This spot delivers way more than just food and it’s way much better than the other location and I give definitely 10/10! I would return and highly recommend to everyone! Who runs this place definitely knows how to be friendly and details oriented to their customers.
Absolutely exceeded expectations! The burger here was spot-on—perfectly cooked, juicy, loaded with fresh toppings, and just the right amount of that classic Fatburger flavor. My husband and I were there this evening for dinner around 7:30pm, and got greeted by the sweetest lady. There was a man doing the cooking and one other lady working. I wish I grabbed their names! The food was excellent, cooked perfect, nice presentation and the burgers didn’t fall apart. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and after each delivery driver came in they were on top of cleaning the floors! The lady who took our order even came by to check how our food was, she gave excellent customer service! Thank you.
