I would warn anyone from ever purchasing anything from this company. The scooter we bought from them has had all sorts of problems, from issues with the brakes to handlebars stripped to just overall a shoddy product. We tried their customer service channels to get things resolved and they would give us the runaround until finally we just gave up. Please do yourselves a favor and spend a few hundred more for a quality product and company.
I ordered the golf bag racks in January they took my money and won’t respond. I’ve called every week and still nothing.
I order to replacement key fob for a friend's fat bear scooter back on January 7th of 2025. The company fat bear scooters took my money and never sent the key fob and they will not respond to several inquiries that I have placed through email in regards to my order. I would not recommend doing business with this company they do nothing but defraud and scam people. Ordered 3 Scooters February 7, took our money but haven't delivered. Called Customer Service multiple times left messages, created tickets. Going on 3 months of not getting a response or product. Horrible customer service.
