My throttle has gone out for the second time. I only have had the scooter for one year and it has broke twice. I have been calling/emailing for 4 months with no response. All I need is the new part but no one will return my calls/emails.
I placed my order weeks ago. It said I will receive in 7-10 days. I have been emailing and calling. No response other than the auto responder.
I got scammed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cheap product imported and they slap a New Jersey name on it. No manual, no support, horrible Better Business Bureau rating. Avoid!
Do not buy from company it good chance it will catch on fire. For the last 6 months I've been trying to get in contact with someone and radio silent. Your better off burning your money then give it to this place. Update: still no word form these people and this point I’m thinking class action.
