I bought a fat bear scooter probably over a year ago. But it has a huge battery and it should last more than a year. I tried calling two times and sent an email with no response. This is an horrendous and horrific company with deplorable service. Do not buy a bike from these guys ever.

So now I'll start off with it's a great bike, but the customer service doesn't exist. Their phone is on recording 24/7. Nobody calls back any customer to get a product information, let alone. They don't get in touch with customers to be able to purchase something for their Schooler, so they are very, very lacking in customer service and it's very, very poor. I would warn anyone from ever purchasing anything from this company. The scooter we bought from them has had all sorts of problems, from issues with the brakes to handlebars stripped to just overall a shoddy product. We tried their customer service channels to get things resolved and they would give us the runaround until finally we just gave up. Please do yourselves a favor and spend a few hundred more for a quality product and company.

I ordered the golf bag racks in January they took my money and won’t respond. I’ve called every week and still nothing.
