RecommendedVery nice dinner, best I've had since starting at the Hanford Site. The stuffed mushrooms were very tasty, with the modest touch of fennel in the sausage perfectly complimenting the mushrooms. The mahi mahi special tonight was fabulous! The waitstaff is amazing and attentive. My favorite place to eat in the Tri-Cities area.
We had a event recently that Fat Olives Catered Wow! Great Food and Great Service. way to go. I will definitely call next time we have a catered event
I had the chicken Marsala for dinner. It was very good and plated nicely. My only suggestion would be to brown the chicken a bit more for appearance and sprinkle a little parsley on top to add color. I grew up around restaurant business back East.
I was recently at an event catered by Fat Olives and all the food was absolutely amazing! The variety was perfect and everything was cooked to perfection. Keep up the great work!
