About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. Loved the Ms Piggy and the Italian Margarita. All of it was delicious and it was such a kick to watch them toss the dough as they were making the pizzas. Great food and atmosphere.
We've had pizza from here twice, and we'll be back. You can't beat fabulous flavor and great service.

My husband and I loved our experience at Fat Olives and will definitely return there our next time in Flagstaff. The brick oven pizzas were awesome, we especially liked the Margherita and the Ms. Piggy :) Our tiramisu dessert was also fantastic! The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid back, true Italian style. Can't wait to go back and try the Caprese Salad, it looked phenomenal; the mozzarella is made fresh daily!
A big shout out to John Conley and Fat Olives for making awesome pizzas for the folks working the Emergency Department on New Years Eve! Thanks for consistently providing delicious food! If you have been to Fat Olives yet, make it one of your resolutions!
