About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. The food was beyond our expectations! The roasted veggie plate was fabulous! My husband enjoyed his plain cheese pizza also. Sauce was very flavorful and not spicy like some are. This is one if those don't judge a book by its cover restaurants. Don't pass it up!
They can accommodate big groups. Had the flat bread, Fat Olives Insalata, bruschetta, margherita pizza and Straciatella app. Good selections of wines.
Incredible Sangrias, Pizza, Appetizers, and service!
The food was excellent. The staff very accommodating. The wine and beer lists were exceptional. Hats off to the chef the rigatoni was superb. I also tried the smoked salmon which s.s very good. My only suggestion would be to have staff be aware of the menu selections. The menu stated the salmon was from the Kenia River and staff felt it was farm raised??? Also staff did not know the type of salmon it was. No big deal but salmon is like steak many varities... Overall very very good. Nice job
