Fat Jimmy’s swapped my wheels and got my bike back to me before the Labor Day holiday, even rushing the wheel order so I’d have it in time to ride. There was a small surprise since I mistakenly thought my old rotors were six bolt instead of center lock, but they handled it smoothly. New rotors on the new wheels, old ones left in place for future gravel/winter tire duty. Great shop, great people. Highly recommend.

I had an Old Schwinn Mountain bike that I use to get to, and from work. I brought it in, and it was in bad shape, flat tire and all. The young man with the blond hair had it completely over hauled with a new tire and tube, handle grips and even an extra gear shifter. He even had it done in an hour or two. Very friendly. And the bike rides real smooth now!

My wife and I purchased two e-bikes from Shane. We had a minor situation that required Velotric to be contacted. After two months and reaching out to Shane on four occasions, he still has not shown us the courtesy of a return call. Very poor customer service. We will be making future purchases elsewhere.
