I was in a really bad hair funk and fed up. Got super lucky finding a last minute opening with Mike. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to do but it was gonna be a big change.. bit of a unique situation too.. Mike really listened and took the time to discuss options with me. I never felt rushed. I was a little nervous on the way to my appointment but Mike made me feel so genuinely accepted, safe, and comfortable.
