Best Hip Hop retailer turned distributor of vinyl music.
My purchase was not shipped after three weeks. I reached out. They said they would ship it immediately. More time passed, and nothing. No records, no response to emails. Reported them to my credit card company for fraud and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away.
Zero customer service. Does not respond to any of their support lines. Do not support this company.
Recently ordered two in stock records. Only one was actually sent, but FB charged me for both. After reaching out to FB i was met with crickets. I waited their 7-10 days to receive a response.
