erin and her team always greets me with a smile, and always makes me delicious food in a timely manner. would recommend this spot to anyone that likes a good burrito!
Went for late night supper at Owen Sound location. The dining area seemed clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I ordered the ground beef taco combo with chips and queso and my spouse order a chicken burrito combo with chips and guacamole. Food was fresh tasting, veggies were bright and healthy looking and everything was hot. As first timers we were surprised by the great taste of the warm chips. Each of our meals with tax came to $20ish each.
I was really disappointed with the tacos I received. They were completely drenched in sauce to the point that they were inedible. If I hadn’t already gotten home, I would have asked for them to be remade. I’m genuinely surprised that something in that condition was served—it felt careless and showed a lack of attention to quality.
the service was very rude when we showed them our receipts to prove some of the things we ordered didn’t come. the lady who we believe was the manager shrugged it off saying the receipt never printed and that there isn’t anything she can do. after telling her it charged my card for the food and so we should be getting that food, she scoffed and said “well it’ll take a minute”. she stood there while she made the other employee make the food. horrible experience just go across the street to bar burrito.
I was really disappointed in the fat Bastard burrito last night .. the amount of toppings was next to nothing and if I wanted thin mints and water for dinner I would have done so .. For $16 for the bigger burrito there was a sprinkle of beef , cheese and a smidge of rice . Let's taco bout it . I asked for no jalapenos and ended up getting them on my tacos anyways .
