Don't count on them for service. We've had to call them 3 times in the last 30 days to fix the same problem on a furnace they installed. No luck, no repair.
Our AC motor went out in August, 2015 after 20 years. We decided it was time to replace the entire HVAC system and hot water heater all at one time. I contacted 4 companies for bids and at the last minute decided to contact Faszold. Boy am I glad I did. Mike Faszold set up an appointment for the next day and 5 minutes into the appointment I was convinced this was the company to do business with. Mike was informative, but not pushy. My A.C. went out on the hottest day of the year so far, and I had a nice young man get to me within the hour to start fixing the problem. Everything was up and running again in no time and we were pleasantly surprised with the bill. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, like I have had experience with at other companies. Faszold went beyond my expectations, and will definitely be doing my future service or repairs!!!
