Been going to this location for years. Waited in line for several minutes. A car left and they guide a Jeep in before me. I got a gentleman attention and told him I been there several minutes that the Jeep had just came and got service before me. That I was in line as the sign directed. I said I guess my oil change free today or something that I haven’t been service. The gentleman told me that I wasn’t getting anything for free and I can back up and leave.
