1/5 — DO NOT USE FASTSIGNS DC! I paid EXTRA for a rush order that FASTSIGNS DC GUARANTEED would be ready Friday. Not only was my order not ready, but they apparently outsourced it, failed to monitor the shipment, and never contacted me about the problem until AFTER I started calling them. I had already dealt with delays getting my tax-exempt invoice corrected, while they stressed that I needed to pay immediately because production would not begin without payment.
