Terrible experience from start to finish. We asked FASTSIGNS of Miami Beach to make a custom 34” printed foam cutout, supplied the correct artwork, and waited several weeks only for them to produce the wrong item using an example rendering instead of the actual art. They never sent a proof for approval, so the final piece came out wrong, blurry, and not properly sized. Amazing experience trying to get my company promo stuff here. I got a retractable banner, tablecloth, stickers… all with my brand logo and contact info. With Nelson’s help, I achieved my goal at a fast turnaround! I will be doing all my printing stuff here and I highly recommend.
I called and left my info 1 week ago, nobody called. I called again today, said I would be called in an hour, nobody called again. Not a serious business.
