A Full 5 Stars for the professionalism of this company. Mistakes sometimes happen, how a company handles the mistake is a true testament to the quality of their Customer Service. We had recently received an order with errors. Once errors were reported, Fast Signs took action, expedited recreating the order with the needed corrections and then expedited the shipping of correct order...all OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!! The sign came out nice but the process was not fast in way. Ended up taking significantly longer than expected.
