Typically signs are damaged in shipping. Lately, I have been getting wrong items or partial orders. Customer service is good. It’s the quality that is sub par. Edges of signs bent or damaged. I got one sign where they stuffed a bunch of trash cardboard in the box to “protect” it when they need to also put some love around the edges. Maybe foam instead of tape or nothing at all. For the insane costs of the signs, it is sad to see so much damage.
Fast Signs has been succeeding my expectations. There customer service has been quick to respond while providing answers to all my questions. The service…. All I could say is don’t blink. I been receiving my products faster than I could expect. Thanks Aidan.
I made a corporate order and when I received the product damaged on 2 corners, I was told I had to reach out to the shipping company by FastSigns. Of course the shipping company said FastSigns did not adequetly pack the item before shipping. When contronted with that, the representative from FastSigns stated they followed all their appropriate QC and could do nothing for me. This is just mind blowing to me.
Our signs were great and we will use again !
