My experience with this company regarding a sign permit was extremely negative. Despite a six-month delay, the permit was never obtained, leading to costly fines imposed by the city. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your sign permit project
I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution. I recently purchased a sign from FastSigns and was surprised to learn that they only accepted cash upfront. When I asked about alternative payment options, I was told, "I just spoke with our owner and he just informed me that the online CC system is down indefinitely. We have no time table anymore."
