I have worked with Rick and the team at FASTSIGNS of Saratoga Springs on several projects, and they continue to exceed expectations every time. Their communication is excellent, turnaround times are fast, and the quality of their work is truly top notch. It is hard to find a team that is this responsive, reliable, and detail oriented. Yes they are FAST which was great. I had 2 signs made. The most important came Fast like I wanted. The second one did not turn out well. It was probably my fault for not listening and understanding. I had wanted them to mount a plexiglass type sign on a piece of wood to come close to resembling another sign I was going to hang it next to. I got a colored plexiglass ( which they had me choose which would be closest). It is not at all what I wanted. For some reason I got 2 of them .
