I asked for my sign to be taken down and they took it with them and it was a Friday and couldn’t get ahold of anyone till Monday . They trashed it. (4k sign) No communication when it happened. Zero common sense. They messaged me asking for a review.
Great customer service; great communication. The signs (25+ interior directional signs) turned out very nice. Lots of positive comments.
A very smooth process from the start. Fast is not always the best but FASTSIGNS hold true to the word with not only being quick, but also accurate. Great customer service through and through.
I’m from West Virginia and I had a livestock sale in Indy, called them on the way in told them what I needed and they had it done in an hour it looked fantastic! Will definitely use them again!
