Kevin was on time and very professional. He evaluated the damage in detail and explained the process clearly and addressed all of my questions and concerns right then and there. The washing machine in my second floor bathroom failed and leaked through my kitchen ceiling and onto the floor. Kevin and his crew were phenomenal! Kevin assessed the damage and explained what the moisture meter detected and the plan of action. He quelled my anxiety about the cost when he explained that the office is working with my homeowners insurance. He arranged for his crew to come out for mitigation a couple days later. Our fridge broke and water leaked all over our kitchen and into our finished basement. I initially try to navigate the repairs on my own and a friend recommended FastPro. From my first meetings with Tad and Nick my stress level decreased by 90%. The team did amazing work, were respectful, and punctual. We could not be more happy with the finished work. Thank you!
