Terrible communication,no dependability,had a house fire in April 2024 they gave me a 6-8 month estimate as of right now we are 21 months deep and work still isn’t complete,solely because they don’t show up months at a time,they tear everything apart in 2 days then show up when it’s convenient,then when you question why no work is being performed they blame everyone but themselves,say they are waiting in inspections or permits when in actuality the zoning office/township is waiting on them,it took them 4 months to submit a p... read more

Kevin was on time and very professional. He evaluated the damage in detail and explained the process clearly and addressed all of my questions and concerns right then and there. Shortly after Kevin left the restoration team arrived and it was also a gentleman named Kevin with his assistant Anthony. They were also very professional and clear in explaining what they were doing today and what to expect in the near future for additional work that needed to be done.
