We've used them quite a few times, this last time we parked for 3 days and have a large scratch on our passenger side door. They have not responded to us about it.
Very quick to pick you up and drop you off. You are not waiting forever to get a ride. They pick you up at your car and drop you off at the car and will assist in getting your luggage into the car if needed. Great place!
A great off site parking option for the Indianapolis International Airport. Been going here for years.
