The name should be changed because there is nothing fast about “FastMed”. One doctor for the amount of people who walk in isn’t sufficient. Front desk just worry about getting payment which is their job but once you asked them a question related to insurance and payment they become very dismissive. Great and very professional A++++ fast turnaround
I recommend going to another location. I’ve had poor service here multiple times. During my last visit, they attempted to draw blood and failed four times across both arms. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they blamed the cold weather and me. After that visit, I had my blood drawn three times at other clinics, and each time it was done successfully on the first attempt. Despite being unable to complete the blood draw, I was still charged. Very disappointing experience.
My sister had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff member named Afrika during her visit this past Saturday. We arrived as soon as the office opened at 8:00 AM for my sister’s 8:30 AM appointment. Unfortunately, she was not seen until around 9:45 AM because the front desk repeatedly said her insurance had not been verified correctly and attempted to charge her a $150 copay.
