Came here for a pre employment DS and it was so smooth! I did make an appt ahead of time so idk if that effected how quickly I was in and out. Everyone from the front desk to Ursula in the back was amazing!! Thank you Ursula for making it an easy and pleasant experience!!!
This office is exactly what we need in the Charlotte area. From the phone call I made to see if I could be seen was helpful. Then the check in process was smooth and easy. The lady that took my vitals was caring and patient with me. The Doctor that I was seen by was smart and helpful. Lastly, the lady that took my blood was helpful and caring. These ladies customer service was top notch! I was having an extremely bad day, but they all made me feel so much better! Thank you all for treating me like you care!
Customer service is terrible. If you can go somewhere do it.
I would not recommend anybody who cares about their health to come here, first the lady at the front was telling people there’s a 2 hour wait, meanwhile I was the only one in the lobby and when I went to the back, there’s wasn’t anybody there, these people do not care about you whatsoever I didn’t even see a doctor I saw a PA who offered no help whatsoever this was the worst place I’ve been to in my life
