The manager Neil was not helpful at all after waiting over an hour to race. When we checked in, we were told a race time by the young girl who checked our group in. We would have originally waited 20 minutes as there were only 2 races before our group when checking in. When we went up to see why we were not on the race schedule for our time to race, the young girl behind counter lied to us and said she never quoted a time even though multiple people in our group heard the same time. Went to go race. Signed in and was given a time of when our race would be. We waited 45 min then asked. They said another 30 min. Employee denied ever saying that she gave us a time of when our race was scheduled. The fact that she lied about saying that turned me off. It was the Red headed girl. Spent good money and was basically called a liar. The manager if that was him has no backbone. The pit crew was awesome.
