I was completely appalled at the treatment we received here. From the phone call I just made to this office, apparently we were treated horribly by the owner herself! She decided that they were too busy to take any more patients and refused to see my son for a sports physical. (We were there 35 minutues before they closed). She stated (and wouldn't even make eye contact with me) that they COULD NOT take anymore patients and that they already had too many waiting! We just moved to OKC from California and this little ER is the friendliest clinic! They have the friendliest and most helpful staff!We plan to use them whenever we need a doctor.
Disturbing, rather creepy office. Was not treated for problem I presented with. Now I get to pay a POS fee on top of my copay, oh joy. Live and learn.
WAS THERE LAST THURSDAY WITH MY CHILD...THE GENTLEMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS A VERY HELPFUL, RESOURCEFUL, AND FRIENDLY CLERK THAT DISPLAYED GOOD PROFESSIONALISM. THE NURSE AND DOCTOR WERE VERY COMPASSIONATE, GAVE SUPERB CARE, AND WERE ACTUALLY SINCERE...GREAT STAFF!!!...GREAT SERVICE!!!...VERY FAST!!!...KNOW WHERE IM GOING NEXT TIME ME OR MY FAMILY IS SICK
Was at this facility last week. Very clean, you could see yourself in the floors, they were so shinny,however,the 2 guys sitting at the computers were not friendly and did not look professional. They looked as if they had just got off of a Harley-Davidson. I'm sure I will be going back and I would like to see a friendly and professional dressed face at the window.
I give them two stars because the care was decent. But when I received the near $300 bill that my insurance would not cover I was shocked. Make sure your insurance will cover you.
When my son cut his chin, we took him to Fastercare and they treated him so gently and professionally! I was impressed and it takes a lot to impress me. So many of our friends and neighbors tell similar stories. My daughter has been treated there too, but thankfully she didn't need stitches, just an earache. Fastercare even supports the PTA at our school. We are thankful they are in our neighborhood!
I went to this facility today after cutting the top of my head open on a cabinet door. The physician's assistant showed an incredible lack of empathy or professionalism. He asked me if I had a "boo boo". Under the principle of informed consent, a patient is to be informed of the treatment planned and has to right to approve or deny the treatment.
