I thought this facility was great! As an RN myself, I was pretty impressed with the wait time and the cleanliness. Complaining they could not see her kid that day for a sports physical? In most places you can NOT just walk in 35 minutes before close and expect to get necessary paperwork done, processed in the computer and then seen before closing. took my boyfriend in for double ear infections and was treated pretty nice, we were in and out in about an hour, the staff was nice , however the girl at the receptionist desk, talked loudly and giggled alot as she talked about her boyfriend , and other personal matters. but other than the horrible receptionist, the place is pretty nice...i would recommened

Woo-hoo! Finally a medical clinic that gets it! No more waiting all day for the after hours to open then waiting the rest of the day to get to the doctor. NOW, when one of my kids gets sick I got no worries. I just head up there, and we're usually in and out in under an hour. Today: 2 kids with strep. 73 minutes flat! HATS OFF!
They don't get 5 stars because the front desk person wasn't in scrubs but a tee-shirt and jeans which for a medical fasc. I feel is a must. Otherwise I was impressed. Was there after 2pm, nobody else there. Was seen right away and Dr. treated my 5 yr old for stiches to her face. He was great with her. My plus on this place is that they take Sooner Care without having to be the Prime provider, which for emergencies when I can't get to my reg Dr. is a big bonus for me!!
I was moved to tears. They were so compassionate today with some very difficult people in the waiting room. Despite being very very busy, the staff moved patients in and out very efficiently. I admit even I became a little frustrated, but when I got past the waiting room and saw what they were dealing with, I was impressed. this facility lacks in not only professionalism but also patient booking and time. The patient is lucky to be seen within 2 hours and lucky to be treated w/respect. Tackily dressed individuals w/tongue rings that look like they were pulled out of the alley work there.
This is really just a class A place. It is full of freindly faces. It seems I was in there leass than an hour and I definitely felt better the next day.
