Outstanding Service. Many places these days customer service isn't what it used to be. At Fastener Express, however, Customer Service reigns supreme. They could not be more helpful (and in my case, patient). They went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed very quickly. Want to know the kicker? It wasn't even a big order. Excellent customer support, sales team, and fast shipping. When it comes down to getting aluminum hardware and in different colors they got all of them. Also they are 7075 grade aluminum. #1 place for r/c racers to order their hardware for the past 2 decades and knowing this because I'm a returning customer.

A little disappointed with my order. I ordered some M3x0.5x16mm flat head sockets that I _thought_ were torx heads because the description said "T6" in the title. They were in fact M2 hex heads (with M3 threading). All in all, seems like a good quality screw, they will get put away into my collection of fasteners and I am sure they will get used one day, they just are not what I was actually looking for.
