I was in fact seen at your urgent care and I have the medical record to prove it. It’s disappointing that instead of asking for feedback, you’re denying the visit and threatening legal action over a valid review. Dr Fadallah and his staff are AMAZING!!! My girls always want to see him and he gives us the best advice. I called him in a panic when my daughter broke her wrist and he got us in right away and didn't make her wait. He put me at ease and it was great. He is now my PCP and I couldn't be any happier.
