This place posses to be the City of Los Angeles and has no indication on their website that they are separate company. Unsuspecting customers are led to believe that they are dealing with the City of Los Angeles because this business does not indicate their relationship with the City of Los Angeles (which is none) - they are a separate company. This is so wrong for a Company to offer fast birth certificates! They charge 40 dlrs for a package and then you still have to pay 25 dlrs to get your birthday certificate. Then it takes 6 weeks to receive it. Birth certificates only cost 28 at the office. This site implies that is is fast. It’s is a rip off for something so needed. Better off driving the distance and paying the normal fee. They won’t give a refund back either. I would advice against this site.
