Fast and friendly service from start to finish. Our tech, George, arrived on time, was friendly and, again, explained the procedure quickly and clearly. He went out of his way to schedule 4th of July weekend installation. When he arrived on the day of installation, he did all the prep work while waiting for his helper. They completed the job without hic-ups and within the window given... I would recommend this company to anyone. They were great from start to finish!
To install new water heater, we made several calls, and a quote from Fast was more attractive than others (found several companies online, incl. Sears, etc). Mark came on time, was friendly, had all necessary tools and cleaned after he was done - it took him about an hour! I took one star out because the quote on the phone was about two hundred dollars less than Mark had in his invoice for us. I understand that it was not his fault, he'd done a great job. Late Sunday morning, I discovered a leak in my 20 year-old water heater. Even though I missed the Home Depot deadline for same day service, the technician (Mark) who had already been working a long day agreed to come out within a few hours.
