Theses guys are great, I love how Dennis will always try and help me out with fitness routines and eating plans. The thing that sets this place apart from other gyms is the passion they have for what they do. ya sure every one can go to the gym sign up and be left on there own to get on with it and lose interest very quick but here they work with you on the things you need to do, and guide you the best way in witch you will see the results. 10/10 guys keep up the good work
