Awesome gym. Trainers care. Not a big box gym to socialize and drink smoothies. A place to meet friends, learn proper techniques and be held accountable.

I've been doing the boot camp classes since the Fall of 2014 and I have thoroughly enjoyed everything about the workouts and the instructors. The classes serve as a great complement to my normal lifting and running routines. By having 3 different instructors, you get 3 vastly different, but all still very effective, workouts. You can tell everyone that works there takes real pride in the work that they do. I highly recommend this for someone looking to push themselves a little faster, a little harder and a little further.
