Very satisfied Highly recommend this location. The manager has integrity. I had been coming to this location and was very happy with the service for many years. Then I started working from home and it was further away so I tried a closer oil-change business. It was a terrible experience and I returned to Fast Trak. I'm very happy I did. I've stopped in between oil changes to have them check out a scrapping noise I heard after leaving the USPO. They were very nice and reattached it for free! Don't go here Don't go here. This was my second chance with this company. With a bad experience at the 28th st. location I decided to go to the branch on Kalamazoo. When I pulled up to the door I could hear one of the employees shout, "go away! Can't you see I am trying to @#$%@# rest!". The entire time my oil was being changed I could hear the man downstairs mumbling profanities and calling my car stupid.
