My daughter has been training at FAST on and off since 2015 and she has excelled in her speed and athleticism tremendously! Chris Bettis and his staff are ALWAYS A1 and the workouts are 2nd to none. My daughter was ranked in the top 8 in the state and region her 1st year in Track and Field this past season and excels in Karate, Cheerleading, Soccer and Gymnastics as a result of the phenomenal workouts and program design's by Chris and his staff. It's FAST or LAST for the Brown Family!👊🏾👑💪🏾
My boys had a blast at camp this week! They worked out so hard and played hard. We will definitely be back.
My kids enjoyed Spring Break camp so much, we came back for summer. I love how they get to play all Types of sports and stay active all summer. Great pricing and the staff is responsive and engaged.

Chris and his FAST team came and ran our Girls' lacrosse winter conditioning to prepare for our Spring season. We have used different gyms in the past. I loved how Chris did something different EVERY TIME with the girls. They never got bored. It was obvious that Chris and DJ planned each day for my girls. My daughter needed an extra push to take her to the next level! Dj & Chris are doing an amazing job with her program! I can see the improvement in only 2 workouts! Can't wait to see how her training translates to the track!
