Dr. Saengsamran did an excellent job listening to and understanding in detail my symptoms, providing affordable treatment options, and sharing important information to manage my care at home to avoid an ER visit during the pandemic.
Urgent care .. urgent neglect. They reject my son and assumed a head injury without neuro check, assessment and hx. taking.
I have come here 2 or 3 times now. The doctor does not listen. She always throws me some random diagnoses that has nothing to do with what I came in for. She has also tried to undiagnose my chronic conditions - conditions that I struggle with, she just isn’t knowledgeable about. The notes that she gave me to take to the er this last time are useless since she didn’t note my actual chief complaint or medical history.
