Great service and very knowledgeable techs
Horrible customer service
I couldn’t use the coupon that was sent to me and had to pay the full price. I spent over what I would’ve if I went anywhere else. Employees should be able to do some kind of override if they can clearly see the coupon being used is current and valid
Awesome on point customer service, I appreciated how they explained every item being serviced throughout the process, in fact they deserve a 10 Star review
Customer service was good, but there was an unexplained $2 charge on my receipt. No one could explain why or what it was for. I know $2 doesn't sound like a lot but in the grand scheme of things it will add up if every customer is paying a phantom $2. Seems pretty sketchy to me.
