They did a great job all three of them! Very professional.
This did not start well. I asked the employee if they were open and he said, “unfortunately yes”, then I said “I could really use an oil change”. He responded with “I don’t really want to, but go ahead and pull in”. The change only took about 9 minutes and that was great. They told me I needed an air filter and when he showed it to me, it was perfectly clean, because I had just replaced it. That was awkward. The people were really friendly and gave me great service. They explained everything they were going to do and answered all my questions. I felt my car was well taken care of and I drove away with confidence in the work that was done. I’m making this location my go-to for oil changes.
The shop I went to on HWY 100 in Milwaukee was awesome. The person that helped me was Yvette and I don't know the manager's name but SHE was awesome, too. I smiled the whole time I was there because everyone worked so well together and they all seemed like they enjoyed doing what they do. It was a wonderful experience that left a smile on my face and great customer service is rare these days. Kudos to the whole team there.
