Thieves TLDR: take 5 fraudenlty stold $72 from my account, and did nothing to fix the issue once brought to their attention. I had to report the theft to my bank and dispute the charge in order to be made whole. They fraudulently over charged my card $72. It was really odd because the receipt I was giving did not reflect the overcharge.
