Totally felt uncomfortable, the oil change employee was talking shit about my truck about how long ago I did my oil change... and that the last person used cheap materials also looks like he was using a do rag which I doubt is part of the uniform ... the young guy charging and doing the explaining on the services did an excellent service but dude underneath clearly just doing it for a pay check and doing a half ass job ... can't believe 2 cars went in after me and left before me 1st time coming here and clearly the last time
Update, I noticed they were trying to sell me additional products I didn't need, such as pulling out my very clean and new engine air filter, showing me that it was completely white and unclogged, and insisting that it's very dirty and needs replaced. I have very good, will remain anonymous reasons to believe that wmployees are coached to scam customers. I still think they do quality work, and they're fast, so I might even come here again to save time, but be wary that they employ some aggressive and unethical sales tactics.... read more
This didn't save my edit last time, so I'll try again. They will try HARD to sell you consumables whether you need them or not, such as replacing your wiper blades or engine air filter when it's brand new and clean, but they probably won't check your cabin air filter which is usually disgusting and you should replace it now, it's probably behind your glove compartment. Go change your cabin air filter, your engine air filter is probably fine and you can clean it with compressed air if it's dirty. Pretty expensive, but several... read more
