RecommendedI sold my Subaru to Fast Track Motors. They are the first dealer contacting me after I submitted my car info at autotrade.com. Their staff is very polite and efficient. Fast transaction, hassle free sale:) I was done in 30 minutes, very pleased with their manager on site.
Unfortunately, these guys live up to the negative standard of used car salesmen. I saw a car on Tuesday, pre-qualifying for financing, paid $300 for an independent inspection on Wednesday, and today on Thursday when I got the inspection report, they sell it to another person before I had the chance to speak to the salesperson to purchase. I was never informed or instructed to put down a deposit. It's incredibly disappointing and just bad business.
My husband and I discovered this dealership online and we are so glad we traveled the distance to go there! David and Mike were so wonderful and comfortable to work with! People are put in our path for a reason and David made that reason immediately evident!
Great selection- Good, reliable, affordable vehicles. David was phenomenal- not your typical sales person, which made things much easier and Michael handled any concerns with finesse. What sealed the deal for me, was that the owner was on site & hands on.. something that most businesses lack these days. l felt like family! I would definitely recommend.
