Horrible customer service and my car doesn’t look any better. Then when I asked manager the boy never came back so still no one to call.
Got me a top of the line $19 carwash yesterday and came out looking the exact same as before i went through..this isn’t the first time and idk why i did it to myself again bc i really don’t have $19 to just give away.
paid for the $14 wash and it done so bad!!! I would never go back to it! not only did it scratch my car up it didn't even clean it's plus had to deal with 2 rude kids (boys) who were to busy playing!! never again!!!.

Michael was great. He took great care of me. Good customer service is almost nonexistent now, not here. I will be back!
I came there on this past saturday..and a child work there was having a bad day...first of all, my car runs off the track when he told me to drive it up there,,he keep yelling turn ur wheels to the right,put ur car in netureal...(which it was already in)...but like i said yelling and cussing at me for no reason....that was very rude,and i also told the manager on duty that day, but obivously i dont think anything was done or said to him....so from now on, ill be using the car was location on mcfarland beside the 2buddies....... read more
