New location on Winchester Road at Homer Nance - excellent wash and great vacuum - lots of bays to vacuum - staff was friendly and helpful.
This car wash put scratches all down the side of my van. When I filled out a report I was told “well the owner comes in on Tuesdays and they will review the tapes and they may or may not call you back. That’s horrible customer service! I never heard back from them. And I will never go there again.
An elderly couple was having issues with their card in front of me for about 10 minutes and when I pulled up I attempted to cancel their transaction and the machine still charged me for the $17 car wash they chose. I brought this to the attention of the young man working the wash and he said I should have canceled it. I told him tried to and that I wanted the cheaper wash. He told me to have a nice day.... and started me though the wash... WHAT? No offer to resolve the issue.
RecommendedWe use this car wash quite often as we park under a tree. The customer service is always awesome, they make sure our car is well prepped before entering the car wash. Very friendly! Best vacuum in town, lots of power.
Overpriced and inconsistent service. If another one with great customer service and competitive prices came to the Cove this one would either shut down or step up their game. The fact that they have no competition in the Hampton Cove area definitely shows.
Customer service is lacking. Washed my truck there 20 times then suddenly it was too wide for the wash. Was embarrassed and made to leave the line. Just today I wasn’t allowed to finish vacuuming my vehicle since their closing time is 8:00. It should be a courtesy to allow people to finish. Me nor any of my 15 vehicle fleet be using the wash from this point forward. We will choose one that is more customer friendly.
It was raining when I pulled up so I pulled into the last vacuum bay to get out of the way and wait for the rain to pass. The girl that works there came out to tell me the vacuums are not free. I've been bring 2-3 cars a week through there since it first opened. That's around $1500 to $1600 per year I have been spending there. I really didn't need her lecture. When I pulled into the pay chute she disabled my side to let others go in front of me. When I did get through she did not brush the front of the car or anywhere else. ... read more
Boudin to get a car wash paid in the machine broke I got stuck for a minute. But the fellows came and saved me and I got to upscale wash for the same price thanks Fast Track
