washed my car today. I got the 2nd to highest package. when I got home, bugs still on the front of my car, also I had to clean the windshield, as it did not clean them. Dirt, still on my tires. so, I could have done a better job at home, and saved 15.00. live and learn.
the management is completely disrespectful. if you have 1 problem the manager "domonic" will not help he will cuss out anyone and if you get an attitude back he will ban you from property. honestly the worst management , it makes the car wash look like a terrible place.
A $12 car wash and my bumper is still dirty. Thanks guys. I could have done better with a rag and my bare hands. Won’t be back.
Customer service stinks for sure Sad this is a new business u would they would go out of their way to take care of customers. Nope.
They SUCK!! The employees can break something on your vehicle, sign a paper stating this and they will not pay to fix it!!
If one of your employees admits to breaking off someone’s mirror then how about show some pride in your business and fix it. This place won’t last long. Everything bad about y’all is going public and PLENTY have agreed that they won’t be back. I don’t know who the owners are but obviously they are stuck on their high horse. How ignorant.
