I was visiting family out of the country when my laptop broke down. I called so many different places that wasnt very descriptive about what my malfunction could be. I was very happy with knowledgeable technician that works on our computer. We had a computer that would keep asking us to buy antivirus to fix our computer. It turned that was actually a virus. The technician quickly identified our problem, fixed it, and put stuff on it to keep from getting that problem again. This is the best service I have used to date. They took care of my broken laptop. I was able to get back up and going in no time with them. They give straight costs and are the most experienced people I have used to date. I called around before I used these guys and they were flat rate cost which was what I was looking for. I have taken my laptop to 3 different computer shops and I was about to give up on my computer and buy a new one. My computer was a gift and was sentimental to me so I gave it another attempt to get it fixed and called these guys. They did an onsite diagnostics and found exactly what was wrong the first time. The tech that came and fixed my computer was able to recover 10 years of pictures off my hard drive that i had feared the virus had eaten. He was friendly, knowledgable and very fast in getting my data recovered and getting me up and going again by repairing my computer. I will use Brentwood Computer Services again and recommend it to all.
I had a very bad virus that Macafee couldnt Uninstall. I called Brentwood Computer Service and they came out and fixed my computer in less then 20 minutes. They charged a flat fee which i was very happy with and it was 100 dollars less then what geek sqaud quoted me. They also taught me how to keep from getting the problem again and gave me free antivirus that was better then macafee and free anti-spyware. I was very happy with the service!
